Are there any additional costs?
There are no travel fees or other fees associated with any of the IV drips you obtain from us, unless you are out of our service area.
The price you see is what you pay.
If you would like additional services at that time, just let the nurse or physician know, and we can address them at that time.
Does Nourish IV Accept Health Insurance?
No. Happily, no. Perhaps that’s the most critical distinction in our model of care. We center on a more direct, personal relationship between you and your doctor. That directness carries over to our business model as well. While the tender mercies of an insurance company might apply to the fixing of a damaged fender on your automobile, we see no reason for any insurer to have a voice about either the quality or the cost of your care.
We forgo insurance payments to save our patients from the arbitrary, intrusive decisions that inevitably follow with third-party payors.
We can always give you a superbill to submit with your health insurance company to receive any reimbursements that they may offer.
What’s the minimum contract length for an IV membership?
We have month to month patient agreements for Nourish IV Memberships.
We never want you to feel like you’re locked into something you might not use, benefit from, or make it feel like you’re wasting your money.
Try us out and you’ll be a believer, you can cancel at any time.
Can My Kids Receive IV Drips?
Yes.
An adult guardian must be present at all times during the treatments.
How long does an appointment usually last?
Each infusion runs for a varied length of time.
Typically you can expect anywhere from 1 hour to 3 hours, per patient, depending on the medication and personal preferences.
What are Our Service Areas?
Currently, our service areas are cities within Arizona, particularly within the ‘greater Phoenix area;” as far South as Ahwatukee & Queen Creek, as far North as New River, East as far as Fountain Hills & Apache Junction, as far West as Goodyear & Sun City West.
For locations further than the assigned grid, we assess a travel fee, and schedule on a case by case basis. Call our team to find out if we can travel to your location.
What sets Nourish IV apart from other IV Drip companies?
We utilize the best-in-class compounds and nutrients when mixing your IV bags.
We don’t skimp on quality and neither should you.
Our promise to you is having utmost professionalism when addressing your IV needs and you won’t feel like your just another number or dollar sign.
Nourish IV believes highly in transparency and putting you in the center of it all. Our number one goal is to make you feel better, naturally!
How many patients can be infused at once?
We can infuse up to 5 patients, at one time, per Registered Nurse.
Parties greater than 5 will need to be scheduled accordingly, but can definitely be infused within the same day by multiple nurses.
Will a physician review my medical history before prescribing my infusion?
Absolutely!
Before your medication is prescribed you will fill out a health questionnaire including medical history.
Your information will be reviewed by a Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who will decide what infusion/medication is right for you!
You may of course request your infusion of choice, but a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician will still review your medical history to be certain this infusion is the right fit for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
For parties of 1 or more, we require 24hr cancellation notice.
For parties of 5 or more, we require 72hr cancellation notice.
What sets us apart from other IV Infusion Practices or IV Drip Companies?
Nourish IV is the daughter facility of Desert Mobile Medical, an Arizona based concierge medical practice. Given that this practice runs side by side with a local doctors office, you can be certain Board Certified Physicians will be reviewing every patients medical history and prescribing every infusion!
We are a local practice run by family and friends, and we treat our patients as such! You will always have a physician or registered nurse available to answer questions or help you navigate your health needs.
Our preset menu is simply a guide to help you see what’s offered. You and your doctor will evaluate what you desire, and they will prescribe the right protocol for you. You can add or subtract most components from any drip on the menu. We offer a truly personalized experience.
The next best part of our practice are the nurses! Our registered nurses all come from hospital settings, and their skill set and knowledge shows it. Our nurses have worked Level 1 Trauma Emergency, ICU’s & Telemetry, and High Risk Labor and Delivery, to name a few.
Aside from their life saving knowledge, they are near-masters at starting IVs. But most importantly, they care. We hire only the most patient and loving nurses to care for you during your time with us.
Finally, we travel! Our registered nurses travel to your desired location to administer your infusion – whether it be your home, office, hotel, and cabin retreat.
