Refunds and Returns Policy

Our full refund policy if in effect up until the 24 hour cutoff. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or reschedule you appointment for a full refund.

Given the nature of IV Nutrition and the necessity to block out time that would otherwise be reserved for others, once they have been ordered and it is within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged Fifty Percent (50%) of the purchase price, regardless of whether you accept them or not.

Given the volatile nature of IV Nutrients and the necessity to block out time that would otherwise be reserved for others, once they have been ordered and it is within 6 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged One Hundred Percent (100%) of the purchase price, regardless of whether you accept them or not. Once the IV Nutrients are mixed, and have been taken out of our inventory and are in-route to you, you will be charged, regardless of whether you accept them or not. We cannot return back into our inventory once they have been mixed and as such, we make them non-refundable after the 6 hour cutoff.”

To be eligible for a refund prior to the 24 hour cutoff, your order must be cancelled by calling or texting us at 480-427-0144.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
